Tracey has over 25 years of experience in her field. A licensed B.C. Social Worker, Counselor and Youth Worker, Tracey brings a unique set of skills to all of the teams she is engaged with. Tracey has educated and supervised varying professionals in practice. She has created training programs for teachers, social workers, counselors and pastors alike, ensuring a link between the latest psychological theories and how they can further inform practice.
Experienced in a variety of techniques including C.B.T., Transactional Analysis, Trauma and Crisis Management, Tracey uses her skills and expertise to address the core issues that are key to negative and destructive beliefs, thoughts and behavior’s. She is holistic in her approach and values the individual but uses her skills to facilitate positive change.
Tracey offers a confidential, yet clinical approach to her counseling. She works with individuals, couples and families that may be experiencing a variety of issues such as stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, bereavement, life change or trauma/crisis. She has a particular affinity with children and young people who are struggling for a variety of reasons.
Tracey is committed to working with clients of all ages and backgrounds and offers a diverse yet professional approach. She currently offers both in-person and online therapy.
